To access certain features of Parhako, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Parhako offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your plan
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
• Subscription fees may change with prior notice

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing your account credentials with others
• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to bypass subscription restrictions
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service's security or performance
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

All content, features, and functionality of Parhako, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, practice problems, and software, are the exclusive property of Parhako and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To protect your account and ensure fair usage, Parhako limits the number of devices that can be simultaneously logged in:

• Free accounts: Limited to 1 device
• Premium accounts: Limited to 2 devices
• You can manage your devices in the Profile section
• Logging in on a new device when at the limit will log you out of the oldest device

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We detect fraudulent or abusive behavior
• You engage in unauthorized sharing of premium content
• Required by law or regulatory requirements

Parhako is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• All educational content is completely accurate or up-to-date
• Using Parhako will guarantee specific academic results
• Defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parhako shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Academic performance or examination results
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the 'Last updated' date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes
• Displaying an in-app notice upon your next login

Your continued use of Parhako after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
